Mutant power...

Lately I've been thinking about this for some odd reason. I guess it helps me to make time go by faster while I'm at work. Well anyways I thought about if I could get a choice of my mutant power would be and I have two.

One choice of mutant power would be to have the ability to kinetically charge an object and have it explode. A reason why I choose this is because Gambit has been my favorite mutant from X-men and I always thought that his mutant power was cool too. In real life where no battles need to be fought like the X-men do this power may seem to have little practical value. Aside from cool little explosions like what I do during the Fourth of July and probably to scare away would-be muggers.

Another mutant power that I would choose is Magneto's power over magnetism. I think this power would be cool because if you're driving and then someone turns in front of you and you're about to hit, you could just make the other car move out of the way. Also if someone cut you off or was tailgating you, you could just move the other car out of the way and punish the person the way you see fit. The fact that you can move anything that's metal is also another thing that's cool.

Anyway I know that I did not explore the ramifications of having either of these mutant powers but I just that it would be a fun thing for me to post about just so I can read about this later. That and I'm tired from working today so I just wanted to focus on the fun aspect of having those mutant powers.
