A Reflection...

Been a long while since I have blogged. Summer so far has been fun, as it comes to a close I must get myself to study for my milestone exam.

A reflection that I had recently pertains to relationships, it may be more of a saying of sorts but here goes. That in relationships it takes two individuals for it to work, but to end a relationship it only takes one person. Since when people are in relationships I don't know if that they don't know that the ultimate goal of it is to find out if the person you are dating is the person you will marry. If no one else thinks this then I must be really old fashioned but that is my view. While people are in relationships they have to both work at it in order to get to know the other individual. Some people may hope to hear their significant other tell them "I love you," which is the best in a relationship. However one must never stop trying to make the relationship work, because if one does then it may fail. The one who ends the relationship may say "it just won't work out between us," or they may have been unfaithful and as a result dump you, or they just get fed up with trying.

A personal motto of mine is to always work hard at whatever I do and that if I need to improve something then I can learn and fix it. I find it sad when people decide to end relationships because they don't want to try or because it's too difficult to keep the relationship going. Since just as life is difficult at times but if you work really hard then you will be rewarded for it. The same is true with relationships if you work through the problems and get through the hardships then what you got is something to be treasured.

Just a reflection that I had and wanted to document, no idea if anyone still reads my blog though. Although it does help to put my reflections down on something so its not bottled up in my mind. Since when I think too much about stuff it kinda gets me down, but I always try to look toward a better future. Since a Daily Bread devotional I read said "now is not forever," so whatever is getting you down or causing you pain in your heart it won't last forever and it will get better in time.
